What we need from you
You do not need to ship the part for a first assessment. The following is enough:
- A photograph of the worn area — a ruler or caliper in frame makes the scale clear.
- The part material — the steel grade if known; if not, where it is used.
- Operating conditions — what the part is exposed to: friction, impact, temperature or chemicals.
- Quantity and urgency — a single part or repeat work; whether a line is down.
- Technical drawing — if available; not essential.

Before you call
Can I get a quotation without sending the part?
Yes. A photograph, the material and where the part operates are enough for a first assessment. If it is not suitable we say so up front — no shipping for nothing.
How long does the process take?
It depends on part size, the area to be treated and current workload. After assessment we give a firm delivery day, not a vague range.
Which parts are not suitable?
Parts with cracks, fractures or fatigue damage in the body. Cladding and hardening are surface treatments; they do not repair structural damage. Applications requiring very deep hardness are also better served by other methods.
Do you work on single parts?
Yes — from single urgent repairs to repeat serial work. On repeat jobs the programming and set-up done the first time becomes an advantage on later orders.
Do I machine the part afterwards?
Cladding is normally delivered with a machining allowance (turning or grinding). You can do this in your own shop, or state your requirement up front; the quotation records who does what.
Which alloys do you work with?
Inconel 625, Rockit 401, 410L, 316L, 420 and S2528. Which alloy is used depends on the part material and the type of wear it is exposed to.
Can I visit the facility?
Our facility is in Gebze / Kocaeli and visitors are welcome. Seeing the part on site is often the fastest route; call to arrange a time.
