Every job leaving our facility is documented with before and after imagery, the alloy applied and a measurement record. Work approved by the customer will be published on this page together with its numerical results.
Before and after
Same angle, same distance. The worn condition and the finished condition are recorded together.
Alloy applied
Which powder was chosen and why, the coating thickness and number of passes are recorded in writing.
Measurement record
Surface hardness achieved and, where relevant, a cross-section image are added to the file.
Why not publish immediately? Because an unmeasured result is not a reference. “It turned out very well” says nothing. Only measured and customer-approved work will appear here.
